Returns, Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund (less costs of shipping) provided they are unused, have not been immersed in water, are in new condition, with original packaging, cards, and manuals etc.

To return an item, ship it back to us properly packaged with a copy of the original receipt. Once received it will be inspected, restocked and a credit will be issued in the same manner which it was paid for, less the shipping charge.

If you would like to exchange the item for another product please include that information in your return shipment and we will contact you to confirm the new item and any price adjustments needed.

Some Items are NOT Returnable:

  • Custom Ordered Items - are not returnable.
  • Custom dry suits, even with boot selection other than stock boot.
  • Closeout items - are not returnable.

Items returned after 30 day but within 90 days in new condition will receive an in-store TDL/STT credit only.

Credits back to TDL account occurs immediately upon return processing. Credit card refunds may take upwards of 60 days to post to your credit card statement depending on bank, processor, and card type.

Trips, Charters, Expeditions, Land-based or Live-aboard are subject to the terms of that particular trip as noted on the item descriptions. However in most cases trips are Non-Refundable for any reason.

Returned Products are to be properly packed and shipped and must include a copy of the original invoice and must have return address on the package. If no return address is visible we will not accept the package.
