All shipping costs unless specified otherwise are charged to the customer.

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE!

All shipping is done via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service for deliveries Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday, will be processed on the following Monday.

All sale items are shipped 7-10 days after your order is placed and processed. Custom length hoses, (anything other than standard lengths) can take upwards of 10 business days before shipping. You will be notified of ship date when we ship.

Cylinders will ship usually within 7-10 business days of processing the order. They may ship from different warehouses around the county for purposes of inventory and economy. Cylinders due to their weight do not qualify for free shipping. You will be notified when they ship.

If you need your items by a specific date you MUST make us aware of this in the comments section upon check out. We will make every effort to meet those specific requests and will notify you of progress.

Typical shipping charges are available in the CART window. If however you are not sure what is the most economical method please check off "Best Way" we will search out the best methods for your order to get to you in the safest and most reliable way. You will be contacted once we have your order totaled up with what your shipping choices will be and what the costs are. Large cylinder orders are typically shipped via freight truck.

If there is an error in the shipping cost because of rate adjustments from the Carrier or incorrect address input we will notify you of the shipping charge change and invoice the additional charge if any to you seperate from your order.

All orders over $500 in value will require an adult signature confirmation.

International Orders may ship by, UPS Worldwide, Fed EX, BAX Global, US Postal International, and a variety of Sea Freight methods. Customer is responsible for all import, brokerage, VAT and taxes imposed by their country of import. Any charges that are not paid and reverted back to STT/TDL will be charged to the customer at 1.5x the rate imposed. NO EXCEPTION. Do not ask us to ship your order with an invoice of a lower value. We won't do it. <--> International shipping orders that qualify for "free shipping" will be assessed a $35.00 insurance and tracking fee.

Delivery to the shipping carrier constitutes full transfer of product from Tech Diving Limited to the customer. (That means once a carrier has picked up it is out of our hands you own it.) Any claims for undelivered or lost packages are to be handled between the customer and the shipping carrier.

Security of Delivery: If you do not have a secure area for delivery please note that at check out and we will require a signature delivery. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED.
